Refund Requests
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can request a refund under the following conditions:

Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time by calling our customer service number or sending us an email, detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction. Photographic evidence of the issue must accompany your claim.
